Indonesian traditional cake " klepon "


material  of klepon :

-500 Grams of glutinous rice flour
-8sdm coconut milk
-260 Ml of water
-240 Grams of brown sugar , fine comb
-6 Pandan leaves ( 2 sheets on the cob used as a dye )
-400gram Grated coconut
-enough water
- Salt to taste , to taste


How to make:

- Mix glutinous rice flour with coconut milk , dyes from pandanus , and then pour the salt water in the batter and stir until evenly distributed and the dough becomes dull
-Take a little dough is then formed flat and give the stuffing with brown sugar , and close the round shape .
- Boiled water and put pandan leaves to boil
- Enter the already formed dough klepon
-Wait dough to float , then remove and set aside
-kukus coconut that has been shredded for 5 minutes, then add salt and mix well
-tuang grated coconut on a plate , then roll up to the surface swathed klepon grated coconut
