Rissole Style Of Indonesian

In here i'am will share recipe "Rissole style of indonesian..
The most delicious risoles is style of Indonesian, do not believe ?? see only my recipe.. ok ?

Ingredients  :
   ~For Risoles wrapper
      a hundred and fifty g all-intent flour
      1 egg
      200 ml milk
      salt
   ~For filling
      150 g minced beef or 150 g hen
      three small potatoes, cut into small cubes
      2 carrots, cut into small cubes
      1 onion, peeled and sliced
      2 garlic cloves, peeled and sliced
      1 stalk celery, chopped
      1 stalk spring onion, chopped (non-compulsory)
      1 tablespoon flour, mixed with just a little of water
      1/2 teaspoon pepper
      1/2 red meat bouillon dice (Maggi or Knorr block)
      sugar, to the taste
      1 cup water
  ~ For dipping
      1 egg
      breadcrumbs












How to make :
    Make the wrapper: take a bowl then combine the flour, salt and egg. Regularly add the milk whisk them to make a soft texture. When it can be done, heat up non-stick pan. Take about 2 tablespoons of the blend, pour to the pan and make it skinny (just like how you make crepes). Prepare dinner it with low warmness. When the brink of the skin is dry and that you can peel off effectively, it way it is cooked. Put aside.
    Make the filling: heat up the wok, then sauté the onion and garlic except fragrant. Add the meat and blend them good for short time. Then add carrots, pepper, salt, celery and 1 cup of water. That you would be able to add a little of sugar to adjust the taste.
    Make the Risoles: take one Risoles's wrapper then add the filling within the backside. Leave the bottom few centimetres clear. Raise the wrapper over the top and tuck it in under the filling. Fold over the left facet, and then the right facet and roll it up to kind a tube. Repeat unless all of the wrappers are finished.
    Put together the dipping: dip the rissoles into overwhelmed egg then coat them with bread crumbs. Deep fry them with low warmth, set aside and use the tissue money to take in the oil.
    Serve with fresh inexperienced hen's eyes chillies or chilli sauce.
